Illustrating the 'Happy Workflow': A Vibrant Brand Transformation
The goal was to transform a content management website from being dull and lifeless to highlighting the seamless workflow dubbed as the '“happy workflow.” With little to no images in this space, stock images weren’t going to cut it. The client wanted the website to have more “funk” and illustrate the “happy workflow” that their company brings to their clients. The Challenge
With one night to create a concept to show my boss, this was what felt like the Hail-Mary for creatives. Once the first draft got the go-ahead, it was time to mockup a webpage to present to the clients.
Pulling it all together in record time was thrilling and rewarding at the same time. After receiving exciting feedback from the clients, it was time to crank out the rest of the illustrations that would be used throughout the website and pieces of collateral. As a first major project with my company, it still remains one of my favorites.

Sketching
The first sketch that sparked the movement and simple design of the illustrations.
Rough Draft
With a limited amount of time I used the preloaded colors on Illustrator before spending time perfecting the color palette.
Final Draft
Once I got the go-ahead for the illustration style, it was time to implement the color palette and start creating the collection of illustrations in the same style.
